I’ve already taken a look in recent weeks behind the scenes of UR Podcast, and the good news for listeners today is that season three is up and running.
Episodes for this third season will drop weekly on Mondays – subscribe here for free – or keep an eye on Apple Podcasts, Spotify and the usual haunts.
The gym celebrates its seventh birthday on 7 February, so it’s the right time to be dropping a new batch of episodes, recorded in the comfy surroundings of the couch seating in the gym, something that’s probably been there in some guise since the gym’s opening, if not at least the first season of the podcast.
We’ve got four episodes in the bag and ready to go, with the concluding four due to be picked up in two weeks time, that’s before looking ahead to a fourth season. To get things started, season three opens up with a short retrospective on the Urban Gym journey to date, more recent developments, staffing, coaching, community building and what may – or may not – be in the pipeline for 2026.
Episode two drops next Monday, so hop on board now for a 30-minute listen.
UR Podcast is back, and the first of eight new episodes, dropping weekly, is available to listen to right now!
It’s been a few months since Andy and Ken took to the couch for season 2, and with our seventh birthday upon us, now’s the perfect time to kick off a brand new season.
In this first episode, we’re taking a quick look back over the past seven years, but more importantly, the developments and changes at Urban Gym over the past 12 months and how that’s shaping the direction for the future of UR third place 😉
From recruiting and staffing to coaching and community, our first episode back is a great jumping off point for members old and new and anyone in the fitness space, whether you’re a prospective or current gym owner, gym goer, or looking at making the move from training solo to becoming part of a community.
Grab a listen today wherever you get your podcasts, with episode two dropping next Monday!
